Welcome to Coming Home Chiropractic & Monarch Animal Chiropractic!

Chiropractic is centered around the understanding that your body was designed to heal, adapt, and thrive. When stress, tension, trauma, or misalignments affect the spine and nervous system, the body can begin to shift out of balance. Through gentle, specific chiropractic care, we help restore function and communication within the nervous system so your body can better regulate, heal, and come back home to itself.

Family & Individual Chiropractic care: If this is your first time here, seeking out chiropractic for you or your family, please book an “Initial visit” at Coming Home Chiropractic. In this visit you will spend an hour together, completing a consultation and examination with Dr. Noelle so that she may understand your goals and provide you or your child with the best possible care. We do not adjust anyone without having done an initial exam. If you are a returning patient, please book your chiropractic Adjustment appropriate to your age. Child adjustments are booked as “add on” for a reduced cost, only when adding onto a visit.

Animal Chiropractic Care: For animal Chiropractic inquiries & information, follow to Monarch Animal Chiropractic and text/ email directly as animal visits are scheduled separately. Dr. Noelle see’s dogs out of Barley’s Canine Recreation Center in Millcreek, UT & makes barn calls throughout the Salt Lake Valley & surrounding areas. Dr. Noelle travels to Dallas-Fort Worth 6-8x per year & takes limited animal and human new member visits at this time.
