Located on the lower level (Level 0) in the former Gaddis suite.
Parking & Arrival
Option 1: Street Parking
Street parking is available along 2200 East and 1400 South.
Additional parking is available behind Foothill Village on the west side.
Enter through the glass doors marked "The School of Dance / PLAE Therapy."
Continue down the hallway to Suite 34, located at the end of the hall.
Option 2: Underground Parking
Enter the UNDERGROUND parking garage from the southeast side of the lot or near the Black Sheep Bar & Grill. Drive under, continue straight and park near the south glass double doors. For ramp accessibility enter in the north double glass doors. Our office is located on Level 0, Suite 34, within PLAE Therapy.
Option 3:
Park outside or around Great Clips within Foothill Plaza. Continue down the black stairwell in front of Great Clips. Enter into the south double doors, for ram accessibility, enter the north double doors. Our office is located on Level 0, Suite 34, within PLAE Therapy.
